NOTICE: Beginning January 2023 The Peabody Auditorium Box Office will charge a $6.00 ticket re-print fee.
The Peabody Box Office is in the lobby of the Peabody at the main entrance of the Auditorium off Auditorium Boulevard. Parking is available directly outside the front of the Peabody box office for your convenience in making advance ticket purchases. The box office accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and cash. There is a service charge for all ticket purchases whether at the window or Ticketmaster.com.
Tickets can be purchased by visiting our box office during normal operating hours or online at Ticketmaster.com. Tickets to events at the Daytona Beach Bandshell may also be purchased at The Peabody.
The Peabody Box Office only sells tickets in person and does not accept email or phone orders.
All sales are final, refunds are not available unless a performance is canceled or postponed.
If you purchased your tickets at the Peabody Box Office or Daytona Bandshell Box Office and request a refund for a postponed or rescheduled event, you will need to provide the following items:
If you are requesting a refund for a postponed or rescheduled event, you will need to submit your request within the given timeframe for your event, typically patrons have 30-60 days to request a refund for events that have been postponed or rescheduled. Please refer to the specific event page for the refund timeline.
If you purchased tickets online through Ticketmaster, please follow the refund process listed on Ticketmaster.com or through your Ticketmaster App. The Peabody and Bandshell Box office does not provide refunds for Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.
All canceled shows will be refunded automatically from your point of purchase.
The only official source for tickets to events at The Peabody Auditorium or Daytona Beach Bandshell is our venue box office OR Ticketmaster.com. Purchasing tickets from any source other than Ticketmaster or the venue box office is done so at the buyer’s risk.
When you search for tickets online in the future, be careful to avoid any links that have “AD” or “SPONSORED” next to them. These are paid advertisements from ticket resellers and not the actual venue website.
The Peabody Auditorium is not responsible for any tickets purchased by a third-party vendor (such as Stubhub), auction sites (such as eBay), classifieds (such as Craigslist), or any ticket broker.
Reselling tickets on the Peabody Auditorium property is strictly prohibited by Florida Law.
We can accommodate disabled patrons at all our shows. Accessible seating is available for purchase in person at the Peabody Box Office or on Ticketmaster.com. For more information, please visit our Accessibility page.
Admission to the Peabody Auditorium for children 2 and under is generally free. Children who do not have a reserved seat must remain on the lap of the parent of guardian for the duration of the performance. Anyone 2 years and above must have a ticket for entry.
